ECO-Coaching

Eco-coaching at MBW means being outside together. I integrate nature-based activities with IFS-informed coaching to support you in processing emotion, releasing trauma-related stress, and cultivating a deeper feeling of self-love. Being outdoors and engaging our bodies together, opens a door of safety and provides a relaxed atmosphere where connection comes easily.   Whether we ride side-by-side on our bikes, hike through a forest, paddle across a lake, or climb a boulder in the canyon, we will gently engage in the hard work of healing trauma. Let’s take in some sun, feel the breeze on our faces, and get outside today. Healing is possible.
