Loss is part of life and it is natural to struggle with deep and painful emotions that may come in unpredictable waves. Grief is an experience that is common to all, but is felt very differently by each of us. Many of us are not taught how to grieve or shown how to process sadness and pain. It can feel quiet, overwhelming, alone, unexpected, and so many other ways. People grieve and feel loss for limitless reasons: loss of a relationship, betrayal within a relationship, illness, loss of a dream, death of someone close, miscarriage, complicated childbirth, adoption, caretaking, deconstructing spirituality, etc. If you are feeling stuck in sadness, unable to move forward, I can help.
